Yogi Berra Museum Outing in New Jersey

Please join the New York Carolina Club for a visit to the Yogi Berra Museum & Learning Center on the campus of Montclair State University.

The museum serves to honor Baseball Hall of Fame member Yogi Berra and contains artifacts from his illustrious career. In addition, the museum currently has on display a special exhibition entitled “Bob Feller: Act of Valor,” which explores the stories of all 39 Baseball Hall of Fame members who served our military during World War II. More details can be found online here.

Special for all attendees is a personal museum group tour to be given by sports journalist Lindsay Berra, UNC Class of 1999 and granddaughter of Yogi Berra.

Located behind the museum is Yogi Berra Stadium. For those interested in remaining after the museum closes, minor league baseball team New Jersey Jackals have a game versus the Quebec Capitales at 6:05 p.m. with a fireworks display afterwards.

Game tickets can be purchased at http://njjackals.pointstreaksites.com/view/njjackals/home-page-657.
