While many people will be braving holiday travel delays as they return home for the first time in a while, all Carolina fans know that Hubert Davis has already returned home.
Coach Williams may have left the Tar Heel bench, but he left the light on in the Dean Dome, and the Tar Heel family tradition that began with Coach Smith continues. The program is clearly in good hands and the Carolina tradition that has given all of us so much joy continues.
To celebrate Coach Davis’ inaugural season as the head basketball coach at the University of North Carolina, the New York Carolina Club is proud to auction off an official NCAA basketball signed by the entire 2021-2022 UNC Men’s Basketball Team and Coach Davis.
This once in a lifetime item not only contains autographs of fantastic players, but also, more importantly, embodies all that Carolina basketball is: family.
All proceeds of the auction will go to the New York Carolina Club, your regional club of the UNC General Alumni Association.
The auction will run from Dec. 11 at 12:00 p.m. to Dec. 19 at 6:00 p.m. The ball will be shipped on Dec. 20 to arrive before Christmas.
