UNC football is wrapping up its season on Thursday, Dec. 30 as they take on South Carolina in the Duke’s Mayo Bowl in Charlotte.
Sam Howell has had a Carolina football career for the ages and he will likely put on the jersey one last time in the same city and against the same opponent in which it all started. Sam is from Charlotte and this is a fantastic opportunity to celebrate his career with a special homecoming. It is also an opportunity for Hall of Fame Coach Mack Brown to do one thing that he has yet to do in his illustrious career: have a jug of mayonnaise dumped on him by the UNC players after the victory!
