Please join the New York Carolina Club as it hosts a free virtual event with former Tar Heel Basketball All-American Larry Miller!
Among his many achievements on the hardwood include being the only UNC basketball player to be twice named Atlantic Coast Conference Player of the Year.
During the event, Larry will discuss his illustrious career and new book “Larry Miller Time: The Story of the Lost Legend Who Sparked the Tar Heel Dynasty,” written with Stephen Demorest.
Hosting the discussion will be UNC History Associate Professor Matthew Andrews, a historian with an interest in the links between sports and American history and culture. The Daily Tar Heel has designated him “Best Professor” three times and have cited several of his courses as “Best UNC Class” over the years.
